Daniel Adams, is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Development Partners, Inc. (“CDP”) a commercial real estate investment, development, and property management company founded in 1998, located in Irvine, California.  Mr. Adams is a licensed California real estate broker, and past member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a BA in Communications and a MA from Biola University.

Prior to forming Cornerstone Development Partners, Inc., Mr. Adams began his real estate career in 1984 as an appraiser and later as a commercial mortgage banker with George Elkins Company, first in Beverly Hills and later as manager of its Newport Beach, California office, and was primarily engaged with originating and underwriting construction and permanent financing for all classes of income property.  He is an avid cyclist, skier, scuba diver, and world traveler.
